Dr. Pushpinder Dhillon is a triple board-certified physician in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and Obesity Medicine. With nearly 20 years of experience, she provides personalized, evidence-based care focused on women’s wellness, hormone health, weight management, and aesthetic medicine. As the founder of Merak Skincare & Wellness, Dr. Dhillon combines advanced medical expertise with a holistic approach to help women look and feel their best at every stage of life. Her training includes a Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship, a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, advanced education in Genetics, and clinical training in Obesity Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Known for her compassionate care and natural approach to aesthetics, Dr. Dhillon is dedicated to empowering women with treatments that enhance confidence, support long-term health, and deliver beautiful, natural-looking results.

Dr. Deepa Pai is a board-certified Family Medicine doctor with over 15 years of clinical experience, proudly serving the communities of Fredericksburg, Stafford, and Spotsylvania, Virginia. A lifelong learner and passionate healer, Dr. Pai has expanded her expertise into the world of aesthetic medicine over the past two years—specializing in Botox injections, dermal fillers, and advanced laser treatments. With a unique blend of medical knowledge and a holistic approach, Dr. Pai is committed to helping clients look and feel their best—physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Her goal is to empower every individual to put their best face forward with confidence and grace. She believes that true beauty is a reflection of inner well-being, and she’s honored to walk alongside her clients on their journey to becoming their most radiant, authentic selves. Kristen Carpenter, WHNP-BC, is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from George Mason University and her Master of Science in Nursing in Women’s Health from Drexel University. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a labor and delivery nurse. With a passion for educating and empowering women, Kristen helps patients make informed decisions about their health with confidence. Her diverse international experiences and background in prenatal education have shaped her holistic, culturally sensitive approach to women’s healthcare. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, traveling, and relaxing at the beach.
